The Forum
An independent collaborative platform that seeks to complement the implementation of India's National Education Policy 2020 through practical governance models, institutional capability development, process excellence methodologies and outcome measurement frameworks.
No. The NEP 2030 Strategic Forum is an independent initiative of the International Process Excellence Council. It is not a government policy, a government programme or a government-endorsed framework.
The Forum's stated purpose is to complement the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 by developing practical implementation frameworks. It does not speak for, or on behalf of, any government body.
The Forum does not propose an alternative policy. It works on the implementation layer beneath policy — governance models, institutional capability, process methodology and outcome measurement — which is where most transformation agendas encounter difficulty.
The NEP 2030 Draft Core Committee, working under the guidance of the Board of Directors, with the framework architected by Deepak Dwivedi, Head of Education Policy and Knowledge Innovation.
The Committee brings together experts from education, healthcare, industry, governance, process excellence, behavioural sciences and knowledge management, and organises its work through six Excellence Committees.
