The architecture
Together the six committees form an integrated model. Each domain runs on the same structure, so that a school, a university or a hospital encounters a recognisable shape whichever door it enters through.

Process Excellence
Institutions rarely fail for want of vision. They struggle because execution is inconsistent.
Process Excellence applies methods proven in manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, banking and public administration to the everyday work of educational institutions — not to add administrative burden, but to remove it.

Knowledge Management Excellence
Institutions generate knowledge every day. Almost none of it survives the person who created it.
Of the six domains, Knowledge Management is the one that makes the rest sustainable. Policies, curricula, research and hard-won institutional experience have little long-term value unless they are systematically captured, organised, shared and reused.

Healthcare Excellence

The Committee does not duplicate the work of medical councils or public health institutions. It concentrates on healthcare excellence through education, quality, patient safety, process excellence, preventive health and systems improvement.
