The case

Higher education institutions carry three obligations at once: teaching quality, research productivity and institutional governance. Each is measured, each is scrutinised, and each competes for the same faculty time.

IPEC works across all three — because in practice they are the same problem seen from different angles, and because the methods that improve one usually improve the others.

IPEC's first major programme was delivered to approximately 350 faculty members at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur: the world's first Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification designed for quantum technology education.
