Purpose
Most education systems emphasise academic excellence. Few systematically cultivate the character, emotional maturity, ethics and judgement on which academic ability ultimately depends.
Vision
To nurture emotionally mature, ethically grounded, socially responsible and purpose-driven individuals who possess the character, resilience, leadership and self-awareness required to contribute meaningfully to society and to the realisation of Viksit Bharat @2047.
Mission
To develop frameworks, curricula, programmes and institutional practices that strengthen the behavioural, emotional, ethical and leadership capacities of learners, educators, administrators and educational institutions — integrating psychology, behavioural sciences, neuroscience, philosophy, leadership studies, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, Indian knowledge systems and contemporary educational research.
