The case

Every school already knows several things about itself that it would change if it had the time, the method and a way of proving the change worked.

IPEC's school work begins there — with the school's own problems, its own staff and its own students — rather than with a syllabus imported from elsewhere.

Between 2025 and 2026 the Council ran Lean Six Sigma White Belt programmes at schools in Agra, Lucknow and Ballia, with students in Classes 6 to 12 running their own improvement projects.

    Establish an Excellence Cell

    A named coordinator, a student team, a meeting rhythm and a live portfolio of improvement projects — owned by the school, not by IPEC.

    Process Excellence for students and staff

    White Belt certification introducing 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, root cause analysis and 5 Why analysis through the school's own processes.
