01 — Eligibility

Who the fellowship is for.

  • 01Serving teachers, principals, teacher educators, curriculum designers and policy professionals
  • 02Employed at or affiliated with a participating institution
  • 03Able to commit to the full programme cycle alongside existing responsibilities
  • 04Willing to run a real improvement project inside their own institution
  • 05Willing to publish what the project found, including where it did not work

The last criterion is not decoration. A fellow who publishes only their successes has not completed the fellowship.

Conducted by the programme team with academic advisory input.

The institution confirms the fellow's time and project access.

Induction

Cohort induction and the public signing of the Fellowship Pledge.

The Fellowship Pledge is signed publicly at induction. IPEC treats that ceremony as a content event in its own right — the moment the cohort commits, on the record, to what it will do.

Applications for the first cohort.

Selection is underway. Registering here places you on the list for the application window, and tells the Council which institutions are ready.

A fellowship is not a grant. It carries a capstone, a dataset analysis and a translation contribution back to the commons.

One specific, ordinary problem is a stronger answer than a broad ambition.
