Purpose

The Committee does not duplicate the work of medical councils or public health institutions. It concentrates on healthcare excellence through education, quality, patient safety, process excellence, preventive health and systems improvement.

Vision

To build a healthier, safer and more resilient society by promoting excellence in healthcare education, healthcare management, patient safety, preventive healthcare, quality improvement and evidence-based healthcare systems.

Mission

To develop frameworks, standards, educational programmes, research initiatives and collaborative networks that strengthen healthcare systems through quality management, continuous improvement, patient-centred care, preventive health and digital innovation — integrating Lean Healthcare, Six Sigma, quality management, artificial intelligence, knowledge management, systems thinking and evidence-based medicine.
