Process Excellence enters the school classroom in Agra

IPEC conducted one of its first school-level Process Excellence programmes at Motion Competition School, Agra, introducing Lean Six Sigma concepts to students, teachers and school leadership.

The programme emphasised practical applications of 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, root cause analysis, 5 Why analysis and continuous improvement.

More than 350 students from Classes 6 to 12, along with teachers and school leaders, participated. The programme demonstrated how Process Excellence methodologies could be integrated into school education to improve learning practices and institutional effectiveness.
